Lendbuzz in Framingham, MA is seeking a results-driven Dealership Account Manager to join our growing field sales team. You’ll visit dealerships daily, build trusted partnerships, and own your territory with a six-day work week.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a total OTE up to approximately $175,000. Residence within the territory is required, and bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development in automotive lending or finance.
• Consistent professional growth with at least 2 years in the most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance valued.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop dealership partners to expand network and market presence.
• Provide on-site dealer support, build trusted relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitive insights to guide strategy.
• Promote the brand through targeted outreach and consistent representation.
