Lendbuzz is seeking a results-driven Dealership Account Manager in Framingham, MA to expand our market reach and build trusted partnerships with dealerships. The role is field-based and requires on-site dealership visits across the territory.

Base salary starts at $80,000 with an uncapped commission/bonus structure, aiming at an OTE of approximately $175,000. Residence within or near the territory is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development — ideally within automotive lending, finance, or a related field.
• Consistent record of professional growth, including at least 2 years in most recent role.
• Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and Business Development: identify and engage new dealership partners to expand network and drive growth.
• Dealer Support and Relationship Management: on-site visits to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Market Analysis: analyze market trends and competitive insights to guide decisions.
• Brand Promotion: enhance brand visibility and representation of our values and offerings.
