Job summary

KnowBe4, Inc. in Clearwater, FL, seeks a Professional Services Consultant fluent in Spanish to design, build, and implement security solutions. This hybrid role guides customers from discovery through production deployment, ensuring successful adoption of KnowBe4 products.

You will lead discovery, translate requirements into designs, configure integrations, validate outcomes, and enable admins with platform knowledge. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred
• Familiarity with IT Security and AI/SaaS space is a plus
• Experience with M365 and/or Google Workspace is beneficial
• Strong technical discovery and requirements-gathering skills
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand objectives, architecture, workflows, integrations, and constraints.
• Own solution design and translation of requirements into technical plans.
• Guide customers through configuration, integration, testing, migration, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot blockers and escalate to Product/Engineering as needed.
• Educate admins and teams on architecture, best practices, and ongoing management.
