Uline, a family-owned distributor, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Irving, TX. You will handle orders, provide product recommendations, and deliver legendary service using our tech tools.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish with fluent written and verbal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using company technology.
• Provide product recommendations and answer pricing and shipping questions.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and propose Uline solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
