Dealer Image Pro, a division of PBS Systems, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote Canada-based team. You will deliver timely technical assistance in English and French, troubleshoot CRM-related issues, and document resolutions for ongoing improvement.

As the primary contact for clients, you'll collaborate with the Integration Manager and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and common automotive industry tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages (English and French).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, SMS, and phone, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across all channels in both languages (English and French).
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and share insights that improve overall service delivery.
• Utilize internal help documentation and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and accurately.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with clear context and urgency.
• Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions within Salesforce to maintain transparency and support knowledge sharing.
