AGDATA LP seeks a bilingual customer support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve data submission issues for our proprietary tools. You will maintain client relationships across the lifecycle and collaborate with engineering, sales and customer success teams to resolve complex cases.

The role offers flexibility to work from home with in-office collaboration when required, and requires fluency in both French and English to support diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French and English required for phone and email communications.
• Strong reading comprehension, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support and troubleshoot for AGDATA tools and services.
• Diagnose, investigate and resolve customer data submission issues, educating customers on resolutions.
• Maintain positive relationships throughout the account lifecycle with clients.
