Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in customer service or administrative support; three years preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and digital tools.
• Experience collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Spanish bi-lingual is preferred.
