AXS is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Frisco, TX and Scottsdale, AZ. You must be able to answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.

Competenze

Two years+ experience in a customer support role.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills; active listening.
Familiarity with CRM and workforce systems.
Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Higher education and contact center certifications preferred.

Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries.
Resolve invoice questions and customer complaints.
Follow scripts to maintain consistent service quality and document interactions.
