Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or administrative support experience; 3 years preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency navigating multiple systems and digital tools.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently handle complex customer service scenarios with solutions-focused thinking.

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: diagnose root cause, implement solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Communication & Relationship Building: write and speak clearly, build rapport across departments.
• Promotion & Information Sharing: communicate current promotions and events to Ambassadors to support business goals.
• Complex Issue Handling: own challenging cases, exercise sound judgment, and apply appropriate exceptions.
• System Utilization & Documentation: use Plexus systems to document support provided and identify improvement areas.
• Strategic Project Support: assist leadership in developing service strategies and targets.
