Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service or administrative support; three years preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using multiple software systems and digital tools.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and resolve product or service concerns from Ambassadors with root-cause analysis and follow-up.
• Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication and build cross-department relationships.
• Inform Ambassadors about current promotions, events, and contests to support business goals.
• Manage complex customer service scenarios with ownership and sound judgment.
• Utilize Plexus systems to document support and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop service strategies and targets.
