Child Care Resource Center in Los Angeles County is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers at the Customer Support Center, both by phone and in person.

The role requires collaboration with various agency departments to maintain up-to-date program knowledge and includes clerical/data entry duties and general office tasks. Evening shifts may be required, and the position is fully on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedules, including evenings.
• This position is fully on site in an office environment.
