• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to work non-traditional work schedules, including evenings.
• Background check required with Live Scan/DOJ fingerprinting per program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to parents, providers, and other interested parties.
• Document and Data Management for agency information and inquiries.
• Clerical and Administrative support to the Customer Support Center.
• Collaborate with agency departments to maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and procedures.
