• Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chat, email, and reviews in a skills-based environment.
• Respond to customer and partner inquiries using defined management guidelines.
• Provide customers with clear information on products and services and listen to the customer.
• Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate and cross-sell when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders and collaborate with Quality Coaches to improve performance.
