Job summary

Crew 2, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Coordinator in the Minneapolis area.

You will act as the central contact for service and warranty requests, coordinating with builders, customers, and internal teams from intake through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, material coordination, claims processing, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation and billing support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year related experience.
• SAP and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new customer service requests to determine cause and type of issue.
• Schedule appointments with builder representatives within 24 hours of receipt.
• Verify material availability and estimated repair timelines.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Create work orders and coordinate with Production Coordinators for parts and supplies.
