CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the customer service team and align client expectations with operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will drive data-driven reporting, manage escalations, and collaborate with Operations, Inventory, and Quality teams to ensure service excellence while supervising and developing staff. On-site role based in Laredo, TX with domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in customer service or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the customer service team to align client expectations with operational performance.
• Serve as liaison between customers and operations, providing data-driven insights and resolving issues.
• Produce and interpret KPI and performance reports; monitor carrier, inbound load, and order fulfillment performance.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and evaluating staff; staffing plan and resource allocation.
