Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the customer service team and align client expectations with operational performance. You will act as a liaison between customers and operations, delivering data-driven insights and supporting team development in a hybrid warehouse-office setting.

This role requires supervising staff, coordinating staffing, training, and KPI reviews, while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in customer service/operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer service inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve requirements, quality concerns, and volume spikes.
• Produce and interpret KPI and performance reports; monitor carrier and order performance.
• Assist recruiting, onboarding, and supervision of Customer Service staff.
• Lead team meetings, drive continuous improvement, and provide timely updates to leadership.
