Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Call customers to advise about changes or cancellations of scheduled runs.
• Respond to client inquiries about destinations, pricing and times with high service standard.
• Handle cash management and ensure compliance.
• Operate cash register and credit card equipment.
• Sell and process ticket orders via phone, internet and at the counter.
• Close the terminal, prepare cash deposits, sales reports and secure deposits.
• Greet visitors and coordinate with the appropriate employee or department.
• Assist customers with luggage handling and transfer to luggage compartment.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the terminal and stock supplies.
• Stock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness of bathrooms.
• Support driver dorm cleanliness at certain locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
