Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: at least a 3 rating (meets expectations).
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing formulas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint/mix products per spec.
