Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have received at least a “meets expectations” rating on the most recent performance appraisal.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for the current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Assist in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required.
