The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists to support two stores: Home Store #705086 at 1179 Merritt Blvd., Dundalk, MD 21222, and Store 2 #727653 at 11521 Wakefield Street, Unit 107–109, Middle River, MD 21220.

You will help customers, determine needs, present products, process transactions, and work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Benefits include health coverage and time off.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must meet expectations in appraisal.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
