Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 0–2 years call center experience.
• 0–2 years customer service or related support experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
• Familiarity with case logging, documentation, and SLA adherence.

Mansioni

• Provide routine inbound/outbound calls, email, and web chat support.
• Perform back-office support to assist operations.
• Process origination and disbursement transactions as needed.
• Assist with award origination and processing and resolve related issues.
• Log cases and document interactions in the agent desktop.
• Link and unlink records to service notes as required.
• Research COD borrower data integrity and status across items like promissory notes and batch status.
• Ensure all support services comply with guidelines and SLAs.
