Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers within a 15 mile radius of Store #703440 in Fargo, ND. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, cash handling, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

You will help customers select products, fulfill sales, and support deliveries in a fast-paced retail setting. Starting pay is $18.02 per hour for a full-time position, with responsibilities including stock management, tinting/mixing, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must meet performance expectations.
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position if internal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Pursue monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs; stock shelves, setup displays.
• Maintain clean store equipment and areas.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Keep areas in-stock and presentable.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options.
• Follow inventory control procedures.
• Suggest improvements to sales.
