Uline, a fast-growing distributor of shipping and packaging supplies, seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, WI. You will handle orders and inquiries by phone, email, and chat, delivering legendary service.

Competenze

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in spoken and written forms.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training provided.

Mansioni

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Be product and solutions expert, answering questions on products, pricing and shipping quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers and support their needs over multiple channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
