Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams staff: meets expectations rating.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to identify needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep equipment clean.
• Support deliveries when required; maintain presentable areas.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options; follow inventory procedures.
• Suggest improvements to drive sales.
