Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking bilingual Customer Service Specialists to assist customers at stores #1348, #1131, and #1363 in Michigan. You will determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing, and supporting deliveries. Must be able to work evenings/weekends and communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
