Sherwin-Williams in Lake Zurich, IL is hiring a Full Time Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and uphold product quality and store standards.

The role involves in-person and phone support, processing sales, stocking displays, and assisting deliveries. Bilingual English/Spanish required; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 70 lbs; flexible

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and speak English; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product databases.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
