• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
• Obtain, evaluate, and enter all pertinent information for load orders.
• Respond to customer's inquiries such as tracking and tracing certain documents.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Update websites and edit functions.
• Complete customer reports as required.
• Communicate and coordinate with planning team on amount of loads to book and origin destinations.
• Keep up with customer's trailer pool (as required).
• Work with driver advocates with customer or load problems.
• Communicate with account sales managers on customer problems or concerns.
• Establish and maintain a lasting relationship with customer.
