Job summary

5th HQ is hiring an experienced bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers by providing information, answering questions, responding to complaints, and placing orders. The role is frontline customer support located in Pompano Beach, FL, with typical hours Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, maintain a positive attitude, and communicate effectively across channels while ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.
