• Accurate maintenance of fee agreements, updating eligibility, and ensuring needed pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Reconciling reports within the Electronic Medical Record and assisting with billing issues.
• Timely answering of all phone calls and inquiries from clients or staff.
• Provide interpreting services for Spanish-speaking clients and their families.
