Job summary

Arisa Health, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Rogers Clinic in Rogers, AR. You will schedule appointments on behalf of therapists, check clients in and out, and manage pre-appointment checks and records to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of medical office experience, strong communication, multitasking abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site role with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office is required.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments on behalf of therapists and proactively fill open spots.
• Check clients in and out in a timely manner.
• Complete pre-appointment checks for clients.
• Prepare and maintain client records and update fee agreements and authorizations as needed.
• Provide payments input into the Electronic Health Record and reconcile reports.
