• One year of related experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for daily interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and verify data to create and maintain client records.
• Update eligibility, and ensure pre-certifications and authorizations are in place.
• Reconcile reports and address billing issues with therapists and staff.
• Answer inquiries promptly by phone or email and provide interpreting services for Spanish-speaking clients and families.
