Job summary

The Reserves Network seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Houston, TX to support its Meals on Wheels program. You will be the primary client contact, coordinate with staff to ensure timely meal delivery, and document issues for resolution.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with temporary-to-hire potential and weekly pay; benefits include insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of customer service and clerical experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new databases quickly.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming client calls regarding meal delivery, service concerns, and program inquiries.
Document client issues, coordinate with staff, and ensure concerns are resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate client records, process status updates, and prepare monthly reports.
Provide referrals to community resources and assist with intake functions as needed.
Perform administrative and clerical duties to support the daily operations of the Meals on Wheels program.

Our client is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to support its Meals on Wheels program. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely meal delivery and issue resolution.
