Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Plano, Texas to interact with external customers and Regional staff. You will respond to inquiries, resolve basic issues, and guide customers through resolution across multiple servicing platforms.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency. Prior customer service experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications
