World Finance in Plano, TX is hiring a Financial Services Representative (Bilingual) to drive loan sales, manage accounts, and assist with tax services. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and closing loans, with performance-based earnings and advancement opportunities.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Contact approved and pending borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and payments, and resolve account questions.
