Job summary

PLS in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face for customers in our retail financial services centers. You will educate customers on our products, handle transactions, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

The role requires English fluency with a preference for bilingual English/Spanish speakers, as well as a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and a professional appearance. Flexible hours and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and be comfortable engaging with customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurate cash handling.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager.
