Responsibilities

• Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Reply to emails, social media or connect the consumer to the proper department
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
• Schedule appointments and create optimal routes for technicians
• Represent and promote the Medihill brand
• Help with billing issues
• Assist management with ongoing tasks
• Bilingual is a plus
