Crew2 is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Coordinator in Minneapolis to serve as a central point of contact for warranty and service requests, guiding them from intake through completion with timely scheduling, quotes, and billing support.

The role collaborates with builders, customers, and internal teams, reviews requests, creates work orders, coordinates parts, tracks costs, and communicates recurring issues to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED plus one year of related experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new customer service requests from multiple sources to determine cause and location.
• Schedule appointments with builders and confirm work within 24 hours (same-day for urgent items).
• Verify material availability and confirm estimated repair timelines.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Create work orders and coordinate with Production Coordinators to order parts.
• Prepare and send quotes/invoices for builder purchase orders within 24 hours of request.
• Oversee claims and billing processes within the service department.
• Collaborate with departments to minimize service issues and improve processes.
