Job summary

Twin Cities Siding & Roofing in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team and move residential exterior projects from scheduling through completion. This hands-on role is not a desk job; you will spend time in the office and visiting jobsites as needed.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish, coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors and crews, and manage schedules with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish communication is required.
• Understanding of how a residential construction project or jobsite operates.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and help keep active jobs moving on time.
• Assemble and review project packets, scopes, measurements, photos, material information, and job details.
• Communicate project information and scheduling with subcontractors and crews.
• Serve as a key point of communication with Spanish-speaking subcontractors and crew members.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling, updates, questions, and next steps.
• Review invoices and project documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate job information, notes, photos, and documentation in company systems.
• Visit residential jobsites as needed and assist with warranty inspections and quality control.
