Job summary

JobSquad Solutions Team seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Rep in the Hialeah, FL area to deliver outstanding customer service while driving revenue. The role combines client support with proactive sales, including upselling, lead generation, and CRM updates.

The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, has 2–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Temporary with potential permanent hire after probation, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and update sales activities.
• Process orders and manage returns/credits.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Accounting and Sales on special projects.
