Classic Metals Suppliers, Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative for our Hialeah/Opa Locka Branch in Florida. This hybrid role handles inbound/outbound sales, nurtures client relationships, and delivers exceptional service in English and Spanish. Visa sponsorship is not available.

You will manage inquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and drive revenue while maintaining strong product knowledge and CRM discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hialeah/Opa Locka Branch. This hybrid role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
• Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on cold and warmth leads to new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Minimum Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
