About This Position

Wage: $18.50 per hour

Bonus: $300 bonus with potential to earn up to $300 monthly bonus

Full-time with Benefits

***MUST LIVE IN THE ST. LOUIS MISSOURI METROPOLITAN AREA***

***Must be fluent in both English and Spanish***

Training: M-F 8am-4pm (3 weeks)

2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm

The Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsible for placing orders, handling questions regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
  • Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments, and answer questions.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer calls or chats.
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards consistently.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (Speaking and Writing).
  • Availability including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
  • Attend two-week training from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional and upbeat telephone manner.
  • Type at least 30 wpm.
  • Must reside in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
