Position Overview

This role involves customer service, technical support, and sales interactions, supporting hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve issues, promote products, and ensure a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously
  2. Achieve first call resolution through effective problem solving
  3. Research and coordinate to resolve customer issues
  4. Document and process claims accurately
  5. Use knowledge base and training to answer questions, following policies and scripts
  6. Maintain confidentiality of personal information
  7. Escalate issues as needed
  8. Participate in meetings and training to stay updated
  9. Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
Candidate Qualifications
