The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will report to the Key Account Manager. The primary responsibility is to support our customers with orders in both English and Spanish as needed. The role involves all aspects of customer service, sales management, and coordination with other departments. We seek a dynamic early career professional seeking a management career in sales, marketing, and/or consulting industries.

This Entry Level position will work with seasoned sales and marketing professionals, qualifying customer leads created by our clients and finalizing sales through direct marketing tactics. Essential Job Duties:

1. Build and manage sales relationships with potential customers and clients in person to create strong, lasting partnerships.
2. Handle in-person customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
3. Handle emails, inbound, or outbound calls.
4. Provide first call resolution before escalation.
5. Work across various customer contact channels.
6. Relay customer information and narratives to relevant departments for processing.

Minimum Skill Requirements:

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
