We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about helping customers navigate their insurance needs with ease and confidence. If you have a customer-first attitude, strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in both English and Spanish with policy inquiries, coverage options, and claims support.
Process payments, policy renewals, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
Educate clients on available auto insurance products, discounts, and benefits.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving expertise.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
Collaborate with agents and underwriters to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service or insurance (auto insurance experience is a plus!).
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of interactions with patience and efficiency.
Must be licensed (or willing to obtain an insurance license).
