Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Representative to work onsite in Marietta, GA, supporting a client within the payment services industry. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls to support merchants and customers with issues related to hardware, software, and networking of terminal devices/POS systems. Responsibilities include guiding customers through technical resolutions, managing orders for equipment, resolving software issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

Friday -- Sunday: Part Time (24 Hours) Onsite Friday and Work From Home Saturday + Sunday

Required Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced inbound call environment
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication
• Experience with telephone software and Office Communications software (Teams, Slack, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with POS systems or terminal devices
• Experience in the financial or payment services industry
• Experience resolving technical issues virtually (hardware, software, networking, etc.)

Compensation:

Expected pay: $16-$21/hr
