Job summary

Security Finance in Dallas is seeking a customer service focused individual for a full-time role in our local office. The position emphasizes phone interactions, accurate cash handling, and a proactive approach to loan processing while adhering to state and federal lending regulations.

You will respond to customers by phone, pursue account gains through appropriate loan judgments and robust outreach, and ensure timely loan applications and precise record keeping.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to be working on the phone for the majority of the day.
• Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Schedule varies by location; able to work Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays.
