Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Preferred: experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service, ideally in a goal-driven/commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by meeting productivity targets and managing a dynamic workflow.
• Consistently exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement to contribute to revenue and satisfaction goals.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through the loan lifecycle with tailored financial solutions.
• Own the full loan lifecycle, including repayment and collection activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Engage customers across phone, email, chat, and internal systems to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.
