California Check Cashing Stores in Redlands, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to assist customers with cashing checks, money transfers, and payments. You will help the community access financial solutions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while providing exceptional in-store experiences.

You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and development to support long-term success and growth within our multi-brand platform across the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to meet customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system precisely.
• Build new business through daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by handling payments and appointments.
• Perform on-site errands, store events, and community activities as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow security protocols and opening/closing procedures for vault and cash drawer.
• Stay compliant with policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and adapt to product/process changes.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hours minimum).
