Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail; accurate data entry.
• Proficient with phones, POS, Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds; operate a keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers' lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Support in daily call campaigns and community outreach.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with security and opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold compliance with policies and laws; stay current on product changes.
• Work full-time in-person, including weekends (40 hours per week).
