Job summary

Check City is seeking a friendly bilingual Customer Service Teller to join our store team. You will work directly with customers to provide fast, professional service while assisting with loans, payments, check cashing, money orders, and bill pay services.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Work face to face with customers
• Assist in the issuance of loans including title loans, installment loans and payday loans
• Assist clients with other services including cash advance services, check cashing, money orders, bill pay services, etc.
• Gain knowledge in tax preparation services
• Qualified applicants will have strong customer service, computer and communication skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required
